General Changes:
- Made Bloody Branch Weight to 1
- Made @wb command to warp you into WB area
- Added @storeall command
- Restricted Vending in all maps besides prt_in and turbo_room
- Restricted use of branch in all maps besdies private MVP rooms
- Added 25 more baphomet jr's in prt_maze03
- Removed fail chance on card remover npc
- Added elu & ori on mall
- Enriched refining chance is slightly reduced
- Replaced Job Changer with Instant Job Changer [as requested by many]; Removed 300% manual from freebies
- Increased World Boss HP from 20m to 30m
- Added Last Hitter reward on World Boss
- Added Custom Revolver: "Point Blank Shooter [2]"
- Made Sealed Turtle General Card storagable

Bug fixes & etc:
- Fixed Armor Quests requirements
- Fixed Mall Warper warping coordinates
- Fixed Armor Fragment Box Description
- Fixed Armor Fragment Box not giving Accessory Fragments
- Fixed Dragon Wings not in wind element & description
- Fixed Purple VM & Original VM Effect & Should be able to equip on all class
- Punching Bag NPC's made to boss type

Skill / Item Balances:
[REMINDER: Every balance updates that i do is based on the data that i & players gathered that both has considerable logical sense in said changes. All these changes can still be changed if and only necessary.]
- Disabled Coma on Edge
- Increased healing of heal skill by x3 (still experimental)
- Tarot Card of Fate is now completely blocked by GTB card
- Tarot Card "The High Priestess" does not dispel FCP anymore
- Added 1 second permanent delay on body relocation and backslide
- Limited Archer Skeleton Card use upto two cards only [use more than two will disable all of its effect]
- High Priest now has Clementia & Cantocandidus; Nerfed the bonus stat from (JobLV / 10) to (JobLV / 30) which gives additional +3 stat that corresponds the the buff
- Sharp Shooting permanent cast delay reduced to 0.1 seconds (experimental)
- Ifrit Rings combo effect is now disabled
